Picture of a beach with an oncoming storm.
Under Florida Statutes, homeowners may have up to five (5) years to pursue a claim for damages as a result of a named windstorm.  The 2004 and 2005 Hurricane Seasons created both patent and latent damage all over the Florida Peninsula. We have no upfront fees and normally  require only 10% of your insurance settlement amount*. If there is no recovery, there is no attorney fee.

The storms wrecked both homes and lives.  It is a well known fact that the largest beneficiary from these storms is possibly the insurance industry. In 2006, property and casualty insurance companies had net profits in excess of $60 Million.  How'd they do it?  They denied claims, delayed claims, and under paid claims to their customers?  By using complicated verbage, secret formulas, cross talking, and sometimes intentional poor customer service techniques, the insurance companies frustrated a number of home and condo owners into submission by not fully compensating claims.
