Under Florida Statutes, homeowners may have up to five (5) years to pursue a claim for damages.  We have no upfront fees and normally  require only 25% of your insurance settlement amount*.

If there is no recovery, there is no attorney fee.

Our goal is to make you more whole. By working with local contractors, we may be able to assist you by establishing temporary repairs which under your policy are almost always recoverable.

If you have discovered hidden damage  (latent damage) as a result of water, fire and mold issues, a recommended action if you have not done so, is to file a claim against your insurer. There are a number of ways we can assist you to recover your losses. By utilizing the experts both locally and nationally, we can determine what damages you have suffered. These damages almost always include loss of use of your property, extra living expenses, out of pocket repairs that may exceed your deductible.
